Breakfasts:
Turkey, Cheese & Veggie Hash with Fried Eggs
Dice one red potato, 1/2 zucchini, 3 mushrooms, 1 ounce deli turkey, and 1 slice gouda cheese. Chop 1 tbsp cilantro. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil to a pan and bring to medium heat. Add diced potato and season with: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until browned, then place a lid over the pan to let the potatoes steam and soften for 4 minutes. Once potatoes are soft, add the zucchini, mushrooms, and turkey to the pan and cook until soft and browned. Remove veggies and turkey from pan and top with diced gouda and chopped cilantro. To the pan, add 1/2 tbsp more avocado oil, and fry two eggs in the pan. Once cooked to your preference, remove eggs from pan, add to a plate and top with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Enjoy!
Open Face Breakfast Sammy
Fry one slice of bacon in a pan until crispy on both sides. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain any excess fat/oil. To the same pan, add a slice of deli turkey and crack in one egg. While those are frying, toast a slice of rye bread. To the toasted bread, add 1/2 of an avocado, thinly sliced, and a slice of provolone cheese. Add the cooked slice of turkey, the cooked bacon, and the fried egg on top. Top with black pepper, a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt (optional), and Frank;’s Red Hot hot sauce. Serve with a side of fruit like cantaloupe, berries, etc.
Nuts and Berries Cottage Cheese Bowl
To a bowl add cottage cheese, raspberries, blueberries, shelled unsalted pistachios, and raw walnuts.
Lunches:
Turkey & Cheese Wrap + Veggies
To a low carb tortilla, add dijon mustard, deli turkey, a slice of gouda cheese, and a couple lettuce leaves. Serve with a side of veggies and cheese popcorn.
Tuna Bell Pepper Boats
To a bowl, add drained canned tuna, mayo, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, chopped cucumber, chopped pickles, and lemon juice. Mix well and add the tuna mixture to the inside of two bell pepper halves (seeds and stem removed). Serve with fruit, veggies, or chips.
Dinners:
Steak + Mac & Cheese + Air Fried Green Beans
Add fresh green beans to air fryer. Spray with avocado oil spray, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric. Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 325, shaking every five minutes. Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper, then add to a pan with avocado oil. Cook steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness. Remove steaks from pan and set on a cutting board or plate to rest. Cook mac & cheese according to box instructions. Before serving, add grated gouda cheese to the mac, and stir, then you are ready to serve. To plate, add air fried green beans, cooked steak with a side of A1 sauce (optional), and the mac & cheese.
Shrimp Stir Fry + Gyoza & Edamame
To a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add frozen gyoza. Let the gyoza brown on all sides, then add 2 tbsp water to the pan, and cover with a lid. Let steam for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and serve with soy sauce + chopped green onions. For the shrimp stir fry, add a bag of mixed veggies to the microwave and steam/defrost according to package instructions. In the meantime, heat avocado oil in a pan and add shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Cook until pink on both sides, then add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Add in the veggies, and a bag of miracle noodles. Mix until everything is combined and serve. For the edamame, microwave according to package instructions, then remove the edamame from the bag and season with flaky sea salt.

Vanilla Bean Powder - this is a frappe mix! It’s delicious and goes great in a dirty chai recipe or to make at home vanilla bean frappes!
Plastic Cocktail Shaker - I love this cocktail shaker for shaken espressos, matcha lattes, at home starbucks refreshers, and teas!
Espresso Shot Glasses - I use these every day! They are the perfect size for a double shot of espresso and they have little spouts on either side for easy mess free pouring!
Nespresso VertuoPlus Machine - This is truly a great machine if you are looking for good quality at home coffee that is incredibly convenient. Pop in a pod, press start and you have brewed coffee or espresso in one minute!
Starbucks Blonde Espresso Nespresso Pods - My fav nespresso espresso pods for lattes, americanos, macchiatos, etc
Xanthan Gum - You NEED THIS if you want to make Starbucks quality frappuccinos at home! This powder acts as a binding agent to bind the liquid and ice together so you get a smooth and creamy frappe/frappuccino, rather than a chunky icy mixture. Trust meeee, it’s a game changer!
A LOOK AT THE WEEK AHEAD:
As a lil thank ya for subscribing to my newsletter, you get a sneak peek at the upcoming Torani flavors for the week! Tomorrow we’ll start with recipes using:
Peach Syrup
Cantaloupe Syrup
English Toffee Syrup
Cheesecake Syrup
Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce
This newsletter is simply a way for me to share my recipes, and my love for coffee and food! In the past, I struggled with an eating disorder, and I would “stay away” from certain drinks and foods I loved, just to be thin. I now have a healthy relationship with food and my body, and I understand all foods fit into a healthy lifestyle! It’s okay to love food. It’s okay to enjoy sweet coffee! It’s okay if certain foods bring you more joy than others.
