Strawberry Guava Mojito Mocktail - 1 tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup, Ice, 2 packets True Lime, 1 can Spindrift Nojito sparkling water, 1 can La Croix Guava sparkling water, optional: add a splash of dairy free half & half
Raspberry Limoncello Italian Soda - 2 cans La Croix Limoncello Sparkling Water, 3 packets True Lime, 1 tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup, Ice
Dutch Bros Copy Kat Freedom Sparkling Water (this recipe but with seltzer water instead of black tea and add True Lime)
Meals of the Week
Breakfasts:
Turkey & Mushroom Scrambled Eggs + Trader Joe’s Chocolate Croissant - Chop turkey and mushrooms. Crack two eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and whisk together. Bring a pan to medium heat, add butter, then add the chopped turkey and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft and turkey is browned, then add in the eggs. Continuously stir until eggs are cooked through, then add shredded cheese on top. Top with ketchup.
Protein Pancakes - Microwave Protein Pancakes, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Top with plain greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, whipped cream and maple syrup.
Lunches:
Asian Zing Chicken Tenders + Veggies & Ranch
Air fry frozen lightly breaded chicken tenders at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Once chicken is warm and crispy, add chicken to a bowl, top with Asian Zing sauce, toss well and add to a plate. Serve with veggies and protein ranch (plain greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and water).
Steak + A1 Sauce + Cowboy Caviar (see full recipe below under “Dinners”
Asian Zing Chicken Tenders + Veggies & Ranch + Korean Sweet Potato
Air fry frozen lightly breaded chicken tenders at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Once chicken is warm and crispy, add chicken to a bowl, top with Asian Zing sauce, toss well and add to a plate. Serve with veggies and protein ranch (plain greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and water) and Korean Sweet Potato (I bought this roasted from Hmart)
Dinners:
Asian Zing Chicken Tenders + Veggies & Ranch + Watermelon
Air fry frozen lightly breaded chicken tenders at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Once chicken is warm and crispy, add chicken to a bowl, top with Asian Zing sauce, toss well and add to a plate. Serve with veggies and protein ranch (plain greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and water) and fresh watermelon.
Steak + A1 Sauce + Cowboy Caviar
Preheat oven to 375. Season steak with salt and pepper on all sides. Add avocado oil to a stainless steel pan or cast iron skillet. Once heated, add seasoned steak to the pan/skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until a crust forms, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Place entire pan into the preheated oven, and let bake for 3-5 more minutes, or until steak has reached your desired doneness. Carefully remove pan from oven, and place steaks on a cutting board to rest for 5-8 more minutes before slicing. Serve with A1 Sauce (optional) and Cowboy Caviar.
Tuna Tostadas
To a bowl, add canned tuna, mayo, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, dill weed, shredded carrots, shredded lettuce, chopped cucumber, chopped pickles, and chopped apple. Mix well, then serve with tostadas, avocado, Valentina (or your choice of hot sauce).

Quest Protein Chips - I eat a bag a day and they are 20 grams of protein!!!!

True Lime - I use a minimum of SIX packets each day! They are zero sugar crystallized lime packets that are delish in soda, sparkling water, plain water, mocktails, and spritzers. You gotta try them- And if you’re obsessed like me, ya need the big momma box of 500 packets!
Chomps Jalapeno Beef Sticks - I’m trying to up my protein and lower my sugar throughout the day, so these beef sticks are perfect! They’re 10 grams of protein and no added sugar so win win!
LMNT Electrolytes - Add to some sparkling water and add a SF Torani syrup!
40 ounce Simply Modern Tumbler - I had been wanting a larger size tumbler and I am in love with this one! I got it in a forest green color and it’s stunning.
Brooks Women’s Trace 3 Running Shoes - For the past 4-5 weeks I’ve been aiming for 10,000-12,000 steps each day so I bought a new pair of walking shoes and they are SO comfy! Very much recommend if you’re in need of a new pair!
Thank you SO SO MUCH for reading this week’s newsletter! This newsletter is simply a way for me to share my recipes, and my love for coffee and food! In the past, I struggled with an eating disorder, and I would “avoid” certain drinks and foods I loved, just to be thin. I now have a healthy relationship with food and my body, and I understand all foods fit into a healthy lifestyle! It’s okay to love food. It’s okay to enjoy sweet coffee! It’s okay if certain foods bring you more joy than others, and it’s okay if there’s more of you to love than when you were younger ;)
