Drink of the Week
Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew - Copy Kat Recipe
1 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup
12 ounces unsweetened cold brew
Ice cubes
1 tbsp Torani Pistachio Syrup
2 tbsp 2% milk
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp butter powder
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of flaky sea salt
To a cup, add vanilla syrup, cold brew and ice, then set aside. In a separate cup add pistachio syrup, milk, and heavy cream. Froth the mixture with a milk frother for 60 seconds until thick and creamy then set aside. In a small cup/bowl combine butter powder, brown sugar and sea salt, mix well. Pour the cold foam over the cold brew, and top with the brown butter mixture.

Breakfasts:
Cereal - Frozen blueberries (thawed), Special K Cereal, Milk, Sliced Almonds + Bone Broth
Happy Joe Coffee - Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Breakfast Sandwich + OG Waffle
McDonalds Sausage McMuffin with Egg + Raspberries
Egg + Hash Brown Toast - Air fry frozen hash brown for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. While that is in the air fryer, fry egg(s) in a pan with avocado oil. Remove hash brown from air fryer and put on a plate. Top with a slice of cheese, the fried egg(s), red pepper flakes, and Frank’s Red Hot Hot Sauce. Serve with fruit.
Lunches:
Teriyaki Chicken + Rice & Veggies
Add Trader Joes frozen bbq teriyaki chicken to the air fry and cook for 10 minutes at 375, shaking every few minutes. After 10 minutes, add chicken to a bowl, top with the sauce, mix well, and back into the air fryer to get crispy (another 3-5 minutes). Cook rice on the stove or in a rice cooker. In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add a steamer insert into the pot, and add in raw green beans and carrot coins. Add a lid, and steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or until soft. Remove veggies from the pot and season with butter, salt, and garlic powder. To plate, add teriyaki chicken, rice, and veggies. Add sesame seeds to the chicken, and enjoy.
Turkey Sandwich
Toasted bread, deli turkey, avocado, coarse ground mustard, provolone cheese - with a side of raw carrot sticks and cucumber slices
Beefy Mac and Cheese + Steamed Veggies (recipe below under DINNERS)

Beefy Mac and Cheese + Steamed Veggies
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add in two boxes Kraft macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add avocado oil to a pan and bring to medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then season with salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder, mix well, and set aside. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain the water and add the macaroni back to the pot with butter, milk, and cheese powder. Mix well, then add in the ground beef. In a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add a steamer insert into the pot, and add in raw green beans and carrot coins. Add a lid, and steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or until soft. Remove veggies from the pot and season with butter, salt, and garlic powder.
