This is Kat's Kitchen Newsletter, a newsletter about finding joy in food.
I truly want this newsletter to be a valuable tool for you in your health and fitness journey, whatever that looks like for you. I'll be posting my meals, coffee orders/recipes, grocery lists, and workouts each week (on Sunday) to hopefully encourage you to join me in honoring our bodies with nourishment and movement. And also allowing ourselves to enjoy all foods without guilt.
Please note, this newsletter is SOLELY to provide you with new meal ideas and to encourage you to experiment in the kitchen with new foods and recipes. This is NOT a meal plan for you to copy exactly or to feel like you are failing if you don’t make this many meals each week. Our lives are all different, our bodies have different needs, our schedules, food preferences, goals, lifestyles, and cooking abilities vary from person to person. This is what works for me in this season of life, and my goal is to simply share my joy of food and cooking with you so you can fall in love with it too!
